TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Photos are for reference only.
- Order should be placed at least two working days with full payment settled prior to the specific collection / delivery date.
- Please pick up your cake on your selected redemption date accordingly, from 9am to 9pm. Orders that are failed to pick up on time will be forfeited. Amendment can be made at least one day prior to the redemption date. Please contact Pierside Bar & Restaurant directly.
- Delivery charges and utensils are excluded.
- Delivery charge is applied and subject to destination: Kowloon (HK$250), Hong Kong Island (HK$350), New Territories (HK$400), Hong Kong Island – Southern District and Mid-Levels (HK$400). Delivery service is not available to Outlying Islands. Delivery time is from 10am to 12noon / 12noon to 2pm / 2pm to 4pm / 4pm to 6pm / 6pm to 8pm.
- In case of dispute, Royal Pacific Hotel reserves the right to make a final decision.
