Sino Hotels’ Celebration of the Bun Festival

Celebrate the season of peace and blessings with The Sino Hotels Bun Fest Experience, where tradition is honoured through taste and Bun Fest installations. Guests at Royal Pacific Hotel and Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel are invited to enjoy specially curated dining experiences and immersive visual displays. Inspired by Cheung Chau’s Bun Festival, this event blends flavour, creativity, and festive spirit to create memorable moments.

Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel

From 21 to 25 May, 2026, celebrate the festive season with delightful Ping On Bun treats across dining experiences. At Cafe Lagoon, the buns are served throughout buffet periods, and are complemented by a limited-time “Buy 1 Get 2” offer when booking and prepaying online — for every full-paying adult, one accompanying adult and one child can enjoy the buffet free of charge. At the Michelin-recommended Chinese restaurant YUÈ, a festive edition of Ping On Buns is offered as a limited-time dim sum during lunch.

A 3-metre-tall “Ping On Bun Mountain” installation will be featured in the hotel lobby. Guests who share a photo on social media and tag @goldcoasthotel or hashtag #GoldCoastHotel can redeem a complimentary Ping On Bun at Cafe Lagoon — turning festive moments into sweet rewards.

From 21 to 31 May, 2026, Pierside Bar & Restaurant introduces "Ping On Bun" an added festive charm to the buffet experience. A thoughtfully arranged Ping On Bun Mountain will be presented, adding a meaningful visual centrepiece to the buffet spread. Guests are also invited to take part in the celebration by sharing a photo featuring the hotel’s Ping On logo elements on social media and tag @royalpacifichotel or hashtags #RoyalPacificHotel and #PiersideBarandRestaurant, and will be rewarded with a complimentary selected drink. To complete the experience, diners can enjoy 30% off Ping On–themed cappuccino, adding a subtle festive accent to the occasion.
