As the highly anticipated hairy crab season arrives, YUÈ presents the Golden Autumn Hairy Crab Feast, celebrating the seasonal delicacy with premium hairy crab creations.
Signature highlights include the Steamed Whole Hairy Crab, prized for its delicate sweetness and abundant roe; Braised 5-head Abalone on Pea Sprouts with Hairy Crab Roe, featuring succulent abalone complemented by luscious crab roe; and Tossed Sakura Noodles with Hairy Crab Roe and Aged Chinese Yellow Wine, where the aromatic notes of aged Huadiao wine beautifully enhance the savoury depth of the dish.
Complementing the set menu is an extensive selection of à la carte hairy crab specialities, featuring Steamed Lobster Balls with Chinese Yellow Wine on Egg White and Crispy Egg Puddings with Matsutake Mushrooms, Sea Urchin and Hairy Crab Roe, inviting guests to savour the finest flavours of this harvest season.
