Celebrate the season with a bountiful dinner buffet featuring signature char-grilled favourites, including Crispy Roasted Suckling Pig and Herb-roasted Lamp Rack, alongside festive highlights such as Boston Lobster, Foie Gras Toast and Roasted Turkey, complemented by an enticing array of handcrafted desserts.

Gold Coast Prime Rib
Savour an exquisite five-course Christmas dinner against stunning coastal views, featuring Lobster Bisque with Crab Meat and Slow-cooked U.S. Beef Short Ribs. Each guest will receive a complimentary glass of Prosecco. A special Kids’ Christmas Dinner Menu is also available, with a Christmas gift for every child to add to the festive cheer.
